When can I check in and out?

We welcome our guests on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm.

On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment until 10.00 am.

Is WLAN available?

Yes, free WLAN is available in all areas.

Is the pool open all year round?

No, the pool is usually open from June to September, which of course depends a little on the weather and personal temperature requirements. From mid-May to mid-October it should normally be around 22°C, and from mid-June to the end of September it should usually be a pleasant 24-26°C.

Do you offer bread service?

Yes, from Easter to All Saints' Day we offer you a bread service. You choose the bread and find it fresh at your door in the morning; a small compensation will be charged in addition to the cost of the bread.

How far is Villa Pernstich from the village centre?

Villa Pernstich is situated just above the centre of the village, which you can reach in a pleasant walk of about 10-15 minutes. In the centre you will find shops, cafés and ice cream parlours as well as the South Tyrolean Wine Museum.
Back to your holiday home it takes about 15 minutes (depending on your walking speed) with a slight ascent.

Alternatively you can take the Citybus Eppan-Kaltern (line 135.3) to the village and back. The nearest bus stop is only 400 m from Villa Pernstich.
